Smoky Mountain Brewery in Maryville is seeking a friendly Host to join our team. You will greet Guests with a warm smile, explain seating, and help keep the dining areas clear and ready for guests.

Responsibilities include managing the flow of guests, communicating volume guidelines to staff and management, and assisting To-Go Guests as needed. A positive attitude, good math and communication skills, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate good math and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. frequently.
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and explain seating to guests.
• Oversee the layout of the restaurant and ensure tables are cleared and reset.
• Communicate volume levels to Management and Staff.
• Assist To-Go Guests in their cars and operate handheld payment devices when needed.
