Traditions Hospitality Group is looking for Hosts to be the welcoming heartbeat of our dining rooms in Sulphur, OK. You’ll greet guests, manage seating and the waitlist, and coordinate with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.

No prior hospitality experience is required, but strong people skills and a neat appearance are essential. We offer opportunities for growth, a training program, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; some locations may require 18+.
• Background check clearance required.
• Gaming license may be required in applicable locations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable appearance and clean uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, considering server sections and reservations.
• Manage waitlist with accurate wait times and regular updates to guests.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area.
• Coordinate with servers and management for smooth seating transitions and service.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed to support guest flow.
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
