Job summary

Yokozuna is looking for a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and assist with reservations at our Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa locations. You will coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience in hosting or customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they arrive.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and seat guests promptly.
• Communicate with front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Answer phones and take reservations or provide information about the menu and restaurant.
• Assist with light administrative tasks, including taking to-go orders.
• Ensure dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
