Job summary

Fish City Grill in Edmond, OK is seeking a Host who greets every guest with a personable, upbeat greeting and helps manage the flow of the dining room. You will guide guests to tables, maintain wait times, and open doors for customers.

Maintain a clean, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the shift, communicate clearly with team members, and assist servers, bussers, and bartenders as needed to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a genuine hello, a smile and eye contact.
• Manage the seating of the customers; monitor wait times.
• Open and hold the door for customers; explain Chalkboard specials.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, passion and PRIDE throughout the shift.
• Provide awesome service to all customers.
