Fish City Grill in Richardson, TX is hiring a Host to greet guests with a personable, upbeat greeting and to manage seating flow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will uphold a clean, welcoming dining area, assist guests and team members, and help ensure smooth service during shifts by knowing menu highlights and Chalkboard specials where applicable. This role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, math and communication skills required.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet every Customer with a personable, genuine, upbeat greeting.
• Control traffic flow and maintain a clean atmosphere for Customers.
• Open/hold doors and guide seating, monitoring wait times and pace.
• Provide service support to Bussers, Servers, and Bartenders as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a positive, proactive attitude.
