Harri welcomes guests with warmth and ensures a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. You will greet, seat, and brief guests about promotions while coordinating with the service staff to deliver Fridays Service Style.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, clear communication, and supporting a high-energy front-of-house environment. The ideal candidate can read menus, speak clearly, and maintain composure in a lively dining room, with the ability to handle calls and assist guests

Qualifications

• Ability to carry natural conversations with Guests, without sounding scripted or intrusive.
• Ability to read and understand menus.
• Ability to articulate greetings and farewells clearly to Guests and to convey their needs to staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Seat Guests in bar or dining area based on preference using visual cues.
• Inform Guests of current promotions and introduce them to their server.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide appropriate service.
• Manage Guest flow into Dining and Bar areas and communicate accurate wait times.
• Attend to special Guest needs and requests.
• Follow brand standards to deliver Fridays Service Style.
• Observe Guests’ needs to ensure high quality service throughout the dining experience.
