Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a genuine hello, a smile and eye contact.
• Manage the seating of customers; monitor wait times.
• Guide customers to an appropriate table while maintaining a comfortable pace.
• Hand clean menus to customers once seated; explain chalkboard specials.
• Open and hold the door for customers; provide a warm first impression.
• Maintain communication throughout the restaurant; provide awesome service.
• Assist Busser by clearing and wiping tables; assist Servers and Bartenders as needed.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing sidework; follow manager instructions.
