Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Clear verbal communication with guests in a busy environment.
• Remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station and manage materials.
• Collaborate with servers to coordinate seating and guest flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
