Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Clear verbal communication and guest interaction in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and manage seating to optimize flow.
• Handle reservations and seating arrangements.
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with requests.
• Maintain the host station and assist with menus and promos.
• Coordinate with servers to manage guest flow and guest inquiries professionally.
