Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to manage guest flow and seating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival.
• Open the front door for guests when possible.
• Record names and party sizes when seating is limited.
• Call out party names when tables become available.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times.
• Prepare and clean tables for seating.
• Accommodate special seating requests when possible.
• Relay messages to servers and bus staff as needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Maintain accurate guest counts and seating rotation.
