Job summary

You will coordinate table assignments, communicate guest needs to staff, and assist during peak periods with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring strong verbal communication, customer service, and teamwork skills, plus flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification is required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage seating flow throughout service.
• Assign tables to support server rotation and service efficiency.
• Communicate guest needs and table status with service staff.
• Support dining operations during peak service periods.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive guest interaction.
