Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests as they enter the outlet. You will seat guests, provide menus, take reservations when needed, and answer guests' questions, all while upholding our brand standards and core values. This role supports the Food & Beverage team and maintains a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, health card, good English, and a neat appearance. Experience is welcomed but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Health card required.
• Must have clean, well‑groomed appearance and be respectful to everyone.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and seat them.
• Provide menus and take reservations as needed.
• Answer phone calls and assist with to-go orders as required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Attend pre‑shift meetings and uphold uniform standards.
• Assist servers and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
