Method Co. is seeking a friendly, professional Host for our Philadelphia location. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and uphold the warm, hospitable vibe the brand is known for.

You’ll coordinate with servers to maintain smooth seating flow, assist guests from arrival to departure, and help deliver a consistently great guest experience. Competitive hourly pay, growth opportunities, and employee dining perks across Method Co. properties are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a host/guest services/front-of-house role (upsell/hospitality environment preferred).
• Polished and professional presence with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists and seating to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain an organized host stand and uphold visual standards.
• Communicate with service team to support pacing and guest experience.
• Escort guests to tables, provide menus and highlight features.
• Answer phone inquiries with accurate information about the restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues gracefully.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and service standards.
