Responsibilities

• Welcome service guests as they arrive and acknowledge vehicle information.
• Gather initial vehicle details and route guests to the correct service advisor.
• Manage drive traffic flow during peak hours and communicate wait times.
• Proactively share wait times, advisor availability, and delays with guests.
• Assist guests with questions about the service process, loaners, or shuttle coordination.
• Maintain a guest-ready reception area and drive entrance throughout the shift.
