Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, is looking for an Outbacker Assistant to help deliver a memorable AUS-SOME dining experience.

You will greet guests, seat them, support servers, and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining environment while upholding food safety and hospitality standards. On-site in Westminster, CO, with growth opportunities and a hospitable team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in a welcoming manner.
• Assist servers by serving food and beverages and clearing tables.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Provide a WOW guest experience and upsell menu items.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls.
• Lead lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
