Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, is hiring a Host/Server Assistant in Arizona. You will greet Guests, seat them, upsell menu items, and support service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

We emphasize hospitality, teamwork, and attentive service in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina and a positive, guest-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.

Responsibilities

• Make a memorable first and last impression for Guests.
• Greet Guests and seat in dining/bar areas and hand off to service staff.
• Coordinate wait and seating with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain friendly conversations with Guests and upsell menu items.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and assisting Guests as needed.
• Lead the lobby experience following hospitality standards.
• Ensure safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation during shift.
