Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a friendly host/hostess to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Universal Horror Unleashed restaurant in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing seating and wait lists, guiding guests to tables, and answering menu questions.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) preferred, 2+ years in food and beverage, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with poise under pressure. LVMPD work card may be required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating and waiting lists.
• Answer questions about menu and offerings; provide menus.
• Direct guests to tables and assist with reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with table resets.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in EH&S responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
