Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member for seating and guest services at our South Lake Tahoe restaurant outlet. You will greet and seat guests, inform them about the menu, and assist with reservations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months in a similar hospitality role, strong customer service, and clear English communication. Must be able to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays in a casino/hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in station in a rotational manner.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant outlet and menu items.
• Alert the Manager to guest issues or special needs.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations when applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
