Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Host-Cashier to greet guests, manage seating, and help create a warm, efficient dining experience for every guest. You will coordinate with servers, handle waitlists and reservations, distribute menus, and keep the host stand clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and customer service to ensure a smooth flow and positive guest interactions throughout service shifts.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Years of experience: 0
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating flow to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage waitlists or reservations and seating assignments for smooth service.
• Provide menus and inform guests about offerings.
• Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
• All other duties as assigned.
