Job summary

Jena Choctaw Pines is seeking a friendly Cashier Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage accurate cash handling at the cashier/host station.

You will operate the POS system, take payments and comps, balance cash, answer questions, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area while supporting high-volume casino dining. This role emphasizes guest relations and reliable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with adherence to tribal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a high-volume operation.
• Must pass drug screen and Tribal Gaming Commission licensing.
• Tribal preference applied in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and escorts them to tables.
• Operates POS system and processes payments and comps.
• Counts revenues and balances cash registers, reporting discrepancies.
• Maintains a clean, attractive restaurant and friendly atmosphere.
• Responds to guest questions and concerns, escalating as needed.
• Promotes positive customer relations and multi-tasks during high volume.
