Job summary

The Peregrine Yountville Management LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to set up and serve at all banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards. You will read the BEO and know the menu for each function, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to cash handling policies, and participating in required meetings and trainings. Must meet California certification requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• California law-compliant certifications (RBS and Food Handlers) required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading and understanding the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and menus for assigned functions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and serve food and beverages at banquet functions according to hotel standards.
• Read and follow the BEO; be familiar with the menu for the function.
• Adhere to cash handling policy and hotel procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and proper uniform.
• Attend required meetings and trainings and participate in all hotel activities.
• Report equipment issues and keep banquet areas clean and stocked.
