Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; able to use standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to the office.
• Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep.
• Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
• Make appointments with Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant; provide community leads/updates.
• Tabulate guest registration information accurately.
• Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
• Respond promptly to questions submitted to the community website.
• Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.
• Support data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies as needed.
