PulteGroup is seeking a Host II in Houston to assist the Sales team by greeting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support. This full-time position requires 30+ hours per week with core business hours availability.

You will greet visitors to model homes, maintain the sales center, distribute marketing materials, schedule appointments, and manage guest registration data. Strong communication and computer skills help you thrive in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and office.
• Maintain sales center and model park appearance.
• Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
• Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates.
• Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
• Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website.
• Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.
• Other administrative projects requested by management including data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies.
