Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a part-time Sales Center Associate in Bonita Springs, FL. You will greet visitors, maintain an appealing sales center, and distribute price lists while coordinating with Online Sales Specialists. The role includes administrative tasks and training participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales organization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and office.
• Maintain sales center appearance and organize space.
• Distribute current price lists to guests.
• Schedule appointments with Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant.
• Prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets.
• Tabulate guest registration information.
• Demonstrate models and explain features and benefits to visitors.
• Perform related administrative duties and attend sales training.
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website and assist with other duties as assigned.
