Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes or office.
• Maintain sales center and model park appearance.
• Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
• Schedule appointments with Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant.
• Tabulate guest registration information.
• Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
• Respond to community website inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage incoming leads and follow up for the community.
• Perform data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phone and office tasks as required.
