Job summary

KINGS ROW TRAILER PARK INC is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our park near Las Vegas. You will manage front desk operations, greet residents and guests, handle reservations, process payments, and ensure smooth communications across staff.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on excellent customer service. The 40-hour schedule runs Saturday through Wednesday, 9:30am–5:30pm, with duties including greeting guests, managing the online reservation system,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests; check-in/check-out; provide park information.
• Handle reservations by phone and online; manage RV sites in the system.
• Process payments and balance daily transactions; maintain accurate records.
