Outbound Sedona is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in our Sedona hotel. You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, warmth, and comfort for guests, while following safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, including resolving guest concerns and contributing to loyalty through above-and-beyond service.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with work days and hours in a demanding service environment.
• Experience providing service to others is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms, corridors, linen and storage closets, and public areas.
• Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to communicate guest needs to staff and management.
