Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Retail Host/Hostess to welcome guests, assist shoppers, and process payments in our merchandise stores. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and keep the sales floor neat and stocked.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll manage cash transactions, maintain POS accuracy, and provide outstanding service to create memorable experiences for guests in nightclub/bar venues. Part-time hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in retail positions preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with shopping needs.
• Provide merchandise information and suggestions to customers.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain a neat, stocked sales floor and organized stockrooms.
• Handle complaints or refunds professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with team members using email, chat, or text.
