Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and ensure seating flow in line with sustainability standards. You will maintain the dining room setup and coordinate with team shifts by entry in the log book.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting service, and upholding safety protocols. The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility for holidays and weekends, and a commitment to HHM’s EarthView programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, escort to tables and present menus.
• Read, maintain and log daily notes to coordinate communication between shifts.
• Maintain proper dining room setup and assist as needed with service.
• Coordinate reservations and special functions for the restaurant.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear required protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
