Job summary
Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to assist restaurant management in guest service and satisfaction.
You will greet guests, manage seating, handle cash, and support opening/closing procedures; flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
- Greet guests and seat guests according to requests and server rotation.
- Opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
- Coordinate reservations and seating, answer telephones, oversee service, safety, sanitation.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to operate POS and calculator.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
- Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones; and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality.
- Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned
