Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Host at Wakulla Springs to welcome guests, take reservations, seat guests, and help ensure a positive first impression of the unit.

You will answer phones, provide directions, assist with menus, and respond to guest questions while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred and strong customer service is essential.

• Strong customer service abilities and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive and welcoming manner.
• Make reservations, answer questions and direct guests patiently.
• Escort guests to tables and assist in seating; present menus as required.
• Answer phone calls and provide directions and information to guests.
• Maintain lobby and host stand in a clean and organized state.
