Left Lane Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a warm, polished Host/Hostess to join the Hotel Bardo Savannah’s Food & Beverage team at Club Bardo, our private member club.

As the first and last contact for members and guests, you will set the tone for the dining experience, anticipating needs and ensuring every arrival feels welcomed and personal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on genuine connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest service, or related roles preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating with professionalism.
• Strong communication with service and culinary teams to support operations.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, seating flow, wait times, and special requests.
• Recognize returning members and personalize their experiences.
• Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entry area.
• Learn menus, club offerings, and property amenities.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences.
