Job summary

Ru Yi is hiring a Host to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will manage seating, assist with online ordering, greet guests, and support servers to ensure a smooth dining flow.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience preferred. Certifications for responsible alcohol service and ServSafe must be obtained within 90 days. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and manage seating chart; monitor flow and assist with high guest volumes.
• Input accurate reservations into a digital reservation system.
• Assist guests with online ordering and kiosks for to-go orders.
• Greet guests with a friendly acknowledgement and good wishes.
• Answer the phone with a cheerful introduction and clear speech.
• Ensure takeout transport is complete, clean and ready for guests.
• Take and refill non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment.
• Know venue, menu, promotions, and policies to answer questions.
