Job summary

Soho House & Co in Chicago is seeking a Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle high-volume calls. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere as part of the founding team for Berenjak in Chicago.

Experience with OpenTable/MICROS and strong communication are required. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with opportunities to train others and advance within Soho House.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar host/restaurant role.
• Experience handling high-volume phone lines and inquiries.
• Proficient with reservation systems and guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members by name when possible.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and provide menu/hours info.
• Support F&B managers on the floor with service standards.
