Job summary

SEA LIFE Arizona is seeking a Guest Experience Host to guide guests through marine discoveries and deliver energetic presentations. You will rotate through guest-experience roles, bringing high energy, strong communication, and ocean knowledge to every shift.

Your mission is to ensure a magical, safe experience for all guests. Responsibilities include leading talks, managing queues, and preserving a clean, engaging environment while promoting conservation.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in loud environments and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Bring tons of enthusiasm to every guest interaction.
• Deliver engaging talks and ocean-inspired presentations.
• Manage queues safely and keep experiences upbeat.
• Share ocean knowledge and conservation messages with guests.
