Job summary

Merlin's SEA LIFE Arizona is seeking a lively Guest Experience Host to guide guests through underwater discoveries and deliver memorable, safe experiences.

You'll rotate through guest- facing roles, bringing energy, strong communication, and ocean knowledge to every shift. Experience in attractions or customer service is preferred; availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year experience in attractions or customer service.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in loud noise and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, events.

Responsibilities

• Bring enthusiasm and energy to guest interactions.
• Speak confidently in front of large groups.
• Manage queue lines safely and efficiently.
• Deliver engaging talks and animal presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness for a safe, sparkling environment.
