Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is hiring a Restaurant Host/Hostess in Park City, UT. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and guide them to the best dining options. Strong communication and a guest-first attitude are essential.

The role supports a fast-paced resort environment with opportunities for growth, training, andemployee meals; full-time, on-site schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Knowledge of computers and reservations systems.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required.

Responsibilities

• welcome and create a positive first impression for dining guests, on the phone and in person.
• Take reservations, accommodate tables, and offer menu recommendations.
• Be the final point of contact to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
