Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Host to welcome guests and ensure a warm, memorable dining experience. You will coordinate with servers and management to seat guests, manage table availability, and uphold our Guest Obsessed culture.

As part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced restaurant, you will greet guests, open doors, and communicate seating needs. This role offers growth, health insurance eligibility, and employee meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Must deliver warm, attentive hospitality consistent with guest-first culture.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate seating and service.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest Obsessed culture and create a positive, memorable guest experience.
• Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant.
• Seat guests at their own pace, provide menus after seating.
• Communicate with servers and managers about table availability, seating large parties, and special requests.
• Handle guest complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues.
