Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a friendly host/greeter to welcome guests, seat them, and help maintain smooth guest flow in our Illinois location.

You will open doors for arrivals and departures, assist servers, manage the wait list, keep your work area clean, and help with the feature board and balloons. Flexible schedule and attractive benefit options support a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-service oriented.
• Ability to manage a wait list and assist servers as needed.
• Capable of maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests and seats them in a friendly manner.
• Opens doors for guests arriving and departing.
• Accommodates guests' special needs (boosters, highchairs, disabilities).
• Manages the Wait List when the restaurant is full.
• Provides guest assistance to servers as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned.
• Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons.
