Job summary

Tommy's Tavern + Tap Wayne is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage dining room flow, and seat guests efficiently to set a GREAT guest experience. You will also handle To-Go orders with accuracy, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and take accurate To-Go orders.
Confirm order details and ensure proper packaging and presentation.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of To-Go orders.
Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely.
Greet and assist guests picking up To-Go orders with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
