This role requires maintaining cleanliness, enforcing health standards, and ensuring accurate wait times while welcoming guests with a warm greeting and efficient service in the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they enter and opens the lobby for arrival.
• Directs guests to waiting areas and manages a first-come, first-served list.
• Notifies guests when a table is ready and guides them to seating.
• Distributes menus and answers guest questions at the table.
• Handles take-out orders by writing, packaging, and collecting payment.
• Assists servers by refilling beverages and clearing plates when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and supplies in lobby and restrooms.
• Communicates professionally with guests and responds to feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
