Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and ensure proper seating arrangements.
• Participate in collective company greetings.
• Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions.
• Communicate positively with guests and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness of Host station.
• Support front of house team operations.
• Respond to minor guest complaints.
• Know restaurant information like hours of operations and menu.
