Jinya Ramen in Reston, Virginia is looking for a team-oriented Server to join our restaurant. The Server will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun and exceptional dining experience by providing excellent service, using knowledge of menu items, and maintaining a hospitable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years server experience, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Outstanding and professional verbal and written skills with strong ability to multi-task.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a professional and positive manner.
• Utilize JINYA's steps of service and up-selling techniques.
• Greet and seat guests, handle reservations and maintain cleanliness.
