Job summary

ODYSSEY in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a wonderful dining experience from arrival to farewell.

You will manage seating charts, answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate with servers and managers to maintain smooth wait times and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude; weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Manage seating chart and balance guest preferences with server sections.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor guests during waits.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage guest lists.
• Maintain a clean front-of-house area and host stand.
• Collaborate with servers, bussers, and managers for a seamless guest experience.
