Qualifications

• Schedule availability including days, nights and weekends.
• Friendly, energetic and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick thinker with a sense of urgency and initiative.
• Able to retain and recall menu details in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Ensure smooth transitions from entrance to tables.
• Clear and reset tables and coordinate with front desk.
• Handle to-go orders accurately and promptly.
• Build trusting relationships with guests.
• Support responsible alcohol beverage service program.
• Know the menu, Chef features, wine and drinks.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety at all times.
