Mama Bird in West Jordan, UT is seeking dynamic Hosts to join our growing team at a new location. You will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and help maintain a clean front desk and lobby area.

This role requires reliable transport, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We offer a friendly work culture, healthcare eligibility for 25+ hours, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and employee meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and colleagues.
• Customer relations, sales, and communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to operate the MICROS POS system and input orders accurately.
• Comfort with reading safety rules and operating manuals.
• Team player with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Open the door for guests at arrival.
• Manage lobby and front desk to prevent lines.
• Answer reservation calls and enter reservations in the system.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and dining room.
• Keep knowledge of menu items and venue offerings up to date.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks as directed by the manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
