Dave & Buster’s in Canton, OH is seeking a Front Desk/Host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences. You will maintain a welcoming front desk, assist with seating, and ensure smooth guest flow during shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating merchandise and game rentals, handling transactions, restocking supplies, and collaborating with Managers to deliver an unbeatable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Maintain front desk area, restock menus, silverware, Power cards, and gift cards.
• Answer phones, manage wait times, and coordinate seating with fairness.
• Process transactions and reconcile monies from banks.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive environment.
