Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service at the front desk, bell services, and concierge.
• Showcase the hotel's story and amenities to guests.
• Escort guests to rooms according to preferences and provide a personalized check-in experience.
• Process mobile arrivals and manage remote check-in with accuracy.
• Assist guests with local information, reservations, and tours.
