Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation seeks a friendly, energetic team member for our Wild Adventures park in Valdosta, GA. The role involves guest service, money handling with a POS system, and safe, efficient kitchen or food-service tasks in all weather conditions.

No prior experience is required; candidates should be pursuing a high school diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and understand English for daily operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents in English.
• Candidate in pursuit of high school diploma and/or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handle money with accuracy and give correct change.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment including fryers, steamers, ovens.
• Take and record temperatures of food and storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, guest eating areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
• Complete department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Label and store food to prevent spoilage.
• Notify supervisors when equipment is not working and supplies are low.
• Enforce park, location, and safety policies and procedures.
• Wear PPE and follow safety standards.
• Be aware of loss prevention; report theft or counterfeit money.
• Be flexible to work outside own zone when needed.
• Represent the company to guests and team members positively.
