Workstream is seeking a confident, energetic Host to greet and seat guests, supporting a smooth, first-class guest experience at our neighborhood cafe. You will maintain a timely wait list, promote current features, deliver food to tables, and keep dining areas spotless while coordinating with FOH and BOH teams.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Physical stamina for a minimum 6-hour shift.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to train individuals.
• Learner and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests, adhering to first-time guest protocols.
• Maintains a timely restaurant wait list.
• Communicates features and promotions.
• Delivers food to tables.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining room, and restrooms.
• Assists in taking orders and to-go guest payments when needed.
• Performs daily opening and closing duties.
• Communicates restaurant needs to managers.
• Maintains positive relations with FOH and BOH teams.
• Participates in restaurant training and events.
